Le tissage de verre, en collaboration avec l’Atelier Lucile Viaud, est une étoffe de verre où le verre s’allège et se sculpte en souplesse & le tissage se structure par le fil transparent teinté des différentes recettes bleu irisé (Verre marin Glaz 01) et vert d’or (Verre marin Glaz 02).
Le tissage est réalisé à 4 mains, issue d’un dialogue entamé en 2018 au bureau des ateliers de Paris. Il témoigne d’une rencontre de savoir-faire qui s’hybrident dans l’innovation & la poésie.
L’oeuvre Confluence ici présentée a été réalisée en mars 2020.
The glass weaving, in collaboration with the Atelier Lucile Viaud, is a glass fabric in which glass becomes lighter and can be sculpted in a flexible way, and in which weaving is structured by the transparent thread stained with the different recipes of iridescent blue (Sea glass Glaz 01) and golden green (Sea glass Glaz 02).
The weaving is a two-person work, as the outcome of a dialogue started in 2018 in the Ateliers de Paris, and shows the meeting of different savoir-faire merging into innovation and poetry. The work Confluence presented here was made in March 2020.
